I imagine the primary elements and arcane are a foundation of 5 at least. Skill system? Will the skills be more general, or are there "builds" where players will have to make decisions leaning to certain domains (say pyromancy vs cryomancy) or maybe general archetypes (DPS, tank, support)? One of my favorite parts of wizarding games are knowing the distinct domains for magic and how wizards can build into one or more, or have the option of diversification.įrom what we've seen, it'd appear as though the wizards don't spend much in terms of personal investment to magic but rather focus on crafting the spells.
